After a jury trial on October 28, 2024, in which the Defendant was found guilty, on February 11, 2025, Superior Court 1 sentenced the Defendant, Charlie Moore, to 64 years to include 64 years’ incarceration in the Indiana Department of Correction on one (1) count of Murder; one (1) count of Aggravated Battery as a level 3 Felony; one (1) count of Battery with a Deadly Weapon as a Level 5 Felony; one (1) count of Battery resulting in Serious Bodily Injury as a Level 5 Felony; one (1) count of Battery resulting in Bodily Injury as a Class A Misdemeanor; one (1) count of Pointing a Loaded Firearm as a Level 6 Felony; one (1) count of Criminal recklessness as a Level 6 Felony; one (1) count of Conspiracy to Commit Murder as a Level 1 Felony; one (1) count of Conspiracy to Commit Aggravated Battery as a Leve 3 Felony; one (1) count of Conspiracy to Commit Battery with a Deadly Weapon as a Level 5 Felony; one (1) count of Conspiracy to Commit Battery resulting in Serious Bodily Injury as a Level 5 Felony; one (1) count of Conspiracy to Commit Pointing a Firearm as a Level 6 Felony; one (1) count of Conspiracy to Commit Criminal Recklessness as a Level 6 Felony; one (1) count of Obstruction of Justice as a Level 6 Felony; one (1) count of Perjury as a Level 6 Felony and one count of use of a Firearm as a sentencing enhancement.
