On February 14, 2025, after previously pleading guilty, Circuit Court sentenced the Defendant, Adrian Riley Suarez, to 15 years to include 12 years’ incarceration at the Indiana Department of Correction and 3 years of Probation on one (1) count of Conspiracy to Commit Robbery Resulting in Serious Bodily Injury as a Level 2 Felony.
