On October 9th, 2025, after previously pleading Guilty, the Defendant, Christopher R. Fournier, was sentenced to 11 years to include 11 years’ incarceration in the Indiana Department of Correction on one (1) count of Child Molesting as a Level 4 Felony. Court advised the Defendant he is a Sexually Violent Predator and will be required to register for Life.
