On November 26th, 2025, after previously pleading Guilty, Superior Court 2 sentenced the Defendant, Danielle Hill, to 18years to include 16 years’ incarceration in the Indiana Department of Correction and 2 years’ Probation on one (1) count of Dealing in Methamphetamine as a Level 4 Felony; one (1) count of Resisting Law Enforcement as a Level 6 Felony and one (1) count of being a Habitual Offender as a Sentencing Enhancement.
