On December 3rd, 2025, a Jury of their peers found the Defendant, Anthony David Reed Jr., guilty of one (1) count of Attempted Murder as a Level 1 Felony; one (1) count of Aggravated Battery as a Level 3 Felony; one (1) count of Battery Resulting in Serious Bodily Injury as a Level 5 Felony; one (1) count of Battery with a Deadly Weapon as a Level 5 Felony; one (1) count of Criminal Recklessness as a Level 5 Felony; one (1) count of Resisting Law Enforcement as a Level 6 Felony; one (1) count of Pointing a Firearm as a Level 6 Felony; one (1) count of Domestic Battery as a Class A Misdemeanor and the Defendant subsequently admitted to Use of a Firearm as a sentencing enhancement.
