On December 12th, 2025, after previously pleading Guilty, the Defendant, Manuel Vega, was sentenced to 12 years to include 10 years’ incarceration at the Indiana Department of Correction and 2 years’ probation on three (3) counts of Attempted Aggravated Battery as Level 3 Felonies; one (1) count of Criminal Recklessness as a Level 5 Felony and one (1) count of Obstruction of Justice as a Level 6 Felony.
