On January 15th, 2026, after a jury in Circuit Court found Lawrence Earl Simpson III guilty of three (3) counts of Aggravated Battery as Level 3 Felonies; one (1) count of Operating a Loaded Machine Gun as a Level 4 Felony; one (1) count of Possession of a Machine Gun as a Level 5 Felony and one (1) count of Criminal Recklessness as a Level 5 Felony.
Sentencing Hearing scheduled for March 6, 2026 at 11:30am.
