On January 26th, 2026, after previously pleading Guilty, the Defendant, Francisco Franco Jr., was sentenced to 85 years to include 85 years’ incarceration at the Indiana Department of Correction on two (2) counts of Child Molesting as Level 1 Felonies and one (1) count of Child Molesting as a Class C Felony.
