The Tippecanoe County Local Child Fatality Review Team (TCLCFRT) will hold a forum open to the public.

Beneficial information for parents, grandparents, childcare providers, babysitters, family members who care for children, law enforcement, medical/healthcare professionals, EMS personnel, preschool teachers and assistants, school administrators, and justice officials will be presented.

TCLCFRT members include the Tippecanoe County Prosecutor’s Office, County Coroner’s Office, County Health Department, State Health Department, Department of Child Services, Lafayette Police Department, Lafayette School Corporations, IU Health Arnett, Department of Natural Resources, Tippecanoe County Sheriff’s Department, Tippecanoe Emergency Ambulance Services, West Lafayette Fire Department, Wabash Valley Alliance, Franciscan Health Lafayette, Court Appointed Special Advocates (CASA) of Tippecanoe County, Safe Kids of Lafayette, Riggs Community Health Center, and a Forensic Pathologist.
