On March 13th, 2026, after previously pleading Guilty, the defendant, Beth Ann Whitehead, was sentenced to 7 years to include 2 years with the Tippecanoe County Community Corrections, and 5 years’ Probation on one (1) count of Arson as a Level 4 Felony.
