On March 16th, 2026, after deliberation by a Circuit Court jury, the defendant, Marquise McDowell, was found Guilty of two (2) counts of Attempted Aggravated Battery as Level 3 Felonies; two (2) counts of Attempted Battery by Means of a Deadly Weapon as Level 5 Felonies; two (2) counts of Criminal Recklessness as Level 5 Felonies; two (2) counts of Criminal Recklessness as Level 6 Felonies; two (2) counts of Intimidation as Level 5 Felonies and one (1) count of Criminal Mischief as a Class B misdemeanor.
