On March 9th, 2026, after previously pleading Guilty, the defendant, Kenneth Brannon, was sentenced to 22 years to include 22 years’ incarceration at the Indiana Department of Correction on two (2) counts of Unlawful Possession of a Firearm by a Serious Violent Felon as Level 4 Felonies and one (1) count of Dealing in Cocaine as a Level 3 Felony.
