On March 18th, 2026, after previously pleading Guilty, the defendant, Christian Marchand, was sentenced to 8 years to include 7 years’ incarceration at the Indiana Department of Correction and one 1 year with the Tippecanoe County Community Corrections on one (1) count of Domestic Battery resulting in Serious Bodily Injury as a Level 5 Felony and one (1) count of being a Habitual Offender as a sentencing enhancement.
