On March 26th, 2026, after previously pleading Guilty, the defendant, Richard Alexander Mitchell, was sentenced to 17 years to include 17 years’ incarceration at the Indiana Department of Correction on one (1) count of Dealing in Methamphetamine as a Level 3 Felony and one (1) count of being a Habitual Offender as a sentencing enhancement.
