On May 4th, 2026, after previously pleading Guilty, the defendant, Douglas Swanson, was sentenced to 12 years to include 7 years’ incarceration at the Indiana Department of Correction and 5 years of Probation on one (1) count of Possession of Methamphetamine as a Level 3 Felony.
