On June 5th, 2026, after previously pleading Guilty, the defendant, Christopher Tauber, was sentenced to 20 years to include 20 years’ incarceration at the Indiana Department of Correction on one (1) count of Possession of Methamphetamine as a Level 4 Felony; one (1) count of Operating While Intoxicated as a Class A Misdemeanor and one (1) count of Dealing in Methamphetamine as a Level 3 Felony.
