On June 15th, 2026, after previously pleading Guilty, the defendant, Edwin Rodriguez, was sentenced to 18 years to include 13 years’ incarceration at the Indiana Department of Correction, 2 years with the Tippecanoe County Community Corrections, and 3 years of Probation on one (1) count of Dealing in Methamphetamine as a Level 3 Felony and one (1) count of being a Habitual Offender as a sentencing enhancement.
