On August 24th, 2026, after previously pleading Guilty, the defendant, Brian Hardman, was sentenced to 14 years to include 14 years’ incarceration at the Indiana Department of Correction on one (1) count of Dealing in Methamphetamine as a Level 4 Felony and one (1) count of being a Habitual Offender as a sentencing enhancement.
